| 12/27/03 | Today I went looking for a letter my mother wrote in the 80s or
90s. (Caroline thinks it is older, I think it more recent, but that is
immaterial. I didn't find the letter. I'm hoping Lucy will find a copy.)
Nevertheless, I found several interesting items in the process:
- A copy of a couple of pages of Elizabeth Miller (Sauer)'s bible dated
December 25, 1871. Given the scarcity of written Sauer family tree
information, this may prove invaluable once I study it more.
- A copy of the letter my mother wrote about George Johnson 4/19/26. I
didn't remember ever seeing this until Nancy retyped it in Word last
month.
- A nice picture of the Swehlas taken September 4, 1993. By the time you
see this, that picture should be in the 1993 and other relevant
directories.
